Online Shop: Delivery and Returns

 

These terms apply only to accessories bought online, not any furniture or accessories purchased in-store or over the phone.

DELIVERY

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free for orders over £30. For orders less than £30, there is a delivery charge of £4.99.

We deliver UK-wide only. If you require overseas delivery, please email us at sales@potburys.co.uk, and we will calculate an international shipping cost for you.

Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within two (2) working days, from receipt of your completed order together with cleared payment, and provided the item is in stock.

If the item is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible of the expected delivery date.

All orders will be dispatched via a courier.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order in which to return it.

If you would like to cancel an order prior to delivery, please contact us as soon as possible by either email or telephone. If we have already dispatched the item, we will be unable to cancel the order.

To return an order and receive a refund or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

  • Email or write to us and advise us of your intention to return your item and the reason for the return. Our contact details are:

  • Return the item to us at the address above, either by post or by returning in-store.

  • Please note that you are liable for the costs of returning the item. We recommend that you use special delivery to return an item to us or at the very least you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office for your records, otherwise we cannot guarantee their arrival. Please include your name, contact information and order number.

  • All goods must be returned in a new and unused condition.

  • Your refund will be issued once we have received your return. Please allow five (5) working days for your refund to be processed.

Furniture Delivery Information

We offer FREE delivery for furniture to mainland UK. Delivery times are dependent on whether the manufacturer has the item in stock or it has to be made. We aim to deliver within 12 weeks.

We have our own delivery vehicles, with fully trained drivers, so your item is handled and delivered with care.

When we deliver new pieces of furniture, we can take your old furniture away to be sold at our auction house (depending on your location and the age of the item - normal auction charges will apply).

For delivery of smaller items (from our Accessories) department, there will be a postal charge.
