CHAMPIONING INDEPENDENT FOOD SHOPS
We’re pleased to announce that we are sponsoring the 2016 Devon Life Food & Drink Awards.
The Devon Life Food & Drink Awards are designed to champion the great and the good of our regions food and drink industry, from local producers and suppliers, small farming businesses, chefs, restaurants, pubs, hoteliers and people who care about the countryside and the future of our local environment.
We’ve been supporters of the awards for the last three years with our sponsorship of the "Best Tea Room/Coffee Shop" award. We wanted to continue our sponsorship again this year but decided to go for a change of category.
We’re now sponsors of the ‘Best independent food shop’ award. We chose this award as we’re proud of our independent status and wanted to champion other independent Devon businesses.
So, if you have a favourite Devon independent food shop why not show your support and nominate them online? With a further 16 different award categories to nominate for you can vote for all your favourite foodie places!
The deadline for entries is 21 September and the winners will be announced in November.
