These terms apply to items bought online only, not any furniture purchased in-store or over the phone.
We deliver to mainland UK (this excludes Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Islands).
Zone 1 - Free
The following postcodes are included in our Zone 1 delivery area: BA, BS, DT, EX, PL, TA, TQ, TR
Zone 2 - £99

Zone 3 - £199

Delivery times are dependent on whether the manufacturer has the item in stock or if it has to be made. We will advise you of the approximate delivery time upon receipt of your order.
About Your Delivery
As soon as we receive your furniture, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time slot (morning or afternoon). Deliveries are available Monday to Friday.
For delivery to Zones 1 and 2, we aim to deliver your furniture in our vehicles where possible. For delivery to Zone 3, we will use an approved white glove courier.
If requested, our team can give you a call 1 hour before delivery, so you don't have to wait around all day.
When your delivery takes place, our two-person home delivery team will carry your furniture to your room of choice. Before placing your order, please check that the furniture will fit through any passages, stairwells, landings and doorways. We will take off and remove all packaging and ensure you are happy with your new purchase.
We understand that things happen, so if you need to rearrange your delivery date, just call us with 24 hours' notice on 01395 515555.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer a no-quibble returns and exchange policy within 30 days of delivery of your product to give you ultimate peace of mind.
PLEASE NOTE THAT MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS TYPICALLY CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS THEY ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you in pristine condition. However, if your item is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please immediately inform us on 01395 515555. We will gladly facilitate its return, exchange or replacement at no cost to you.
Change of Mind or Unsuitability
If you have changed your mind or find the product unsuitable, you can still return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please note there will be a collection fee for returns. We will charge you the same return cost as the original delivery cost you paid.
Made-to-order products cannot be returned if you change your mind.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.
